Hotel description and useful information for travellers

Cleanliness

Mixed reports: several guests praise large/clean rooms, but multiple reviews call out dirty bathrooms, worn/unclean towels and unpleasant smells—cleanliness appears inconsistent.

Service

Outstanding staff repeatedly mentioned by name (Diva, Nanda, Andy, Wanda, Suma, Mulya); drivers and F&B staff described as attentive and highly accommodating.

Location

Consistently praised as central in Seminyak and convenient for shopping and exploring; location is one of the strongest positives.

Room Quality

Rooms described as very large, spacious and comfortable with high-quality beds and pillows, though some guests note dated/worn elements that need maintenance.

Amenities

Rooftop bar, pool and eco-friendly aspects are highlighted as excellent; some poolside and entrance maintenance issues mentioned but amenities generally highly rated.

Value for Money

Mixed sentiment: several guests feel the hotel does not fully meet a 5-star standard or offer strong value for the price, while others feel it was worth staying.

Welcome to Cross Paasha Bali Seminyak, where luxury meets convenience in the heart of vibrant Seminyak.
